Enjoy quality time with family at the clubhouse; you’ll never be bored. With similar lot sizes available compared to Westlake but located further west, this unique neighborhood may be worth investigating if considering relocating.

Loxahatchee is one of the best places to live for those who love their space. With most properties being well over an acre, residents have more than enough room to create a truly luxurious home and accommodate all recreational vehicles – from boats and RVs to classic car collections!

Another con is getting in and out of Arden because it is connected by three roads only; Southern Boulevard lies southward, Okeechobee sits right at its center point, and North Lake at the northernmost edge.

With these three key roads come potential traffic issues as delays or accidents may occur during peak hours; however, knowing your way around these paths will help you get where you need to go efficiently. But getting around can be tricky due to the limited number of thoroughfares leading into and out of town.
