We were relocating back to the US and wanted to move to Palm Beach County, where we have some friends and relatives. However, we were not very familiar with the area. We first found Ray via an internet search which directed us to his YouTube channel. We found Ray's YouTube channel extremely informative. It gave us a lot of information on different areas and choices of communities. We then spoke with him prior to arriving in Florida, and subsequently met with him to narrow down our choices to new construction developments. He then joined us for a number of viewings of model houses and meetings with the builders. Ultimately, this led us to buying a home from a builder in Palm Beach County in a large development under construction. Throughout this process, Ray has been great to work with. He is very knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly. He did all this with a smile, and we never felt pressured into any decisions. If anyone is looking to relocate to sunny south Florida, Ray and his team at Living in Palm Beach are who you are looking for. Why not get help from those who have actually relocated to Florida? From our first Zoom meeting it was evident Ray had our back. He not only took time to tell us about the Palm Beach area, answer all our questions, but he genuinely wanted to get to know us and our family.
For those of us who are new to Florida, Ray is someone you want to have on your team. Ray has awesome relations with the builders down here and instead of getting locked into the sales rep lottery, Ray goes right to the best sales reps at the new construction communities. It is quite evident these builders know who Ray and his team are and go out of their way to ensure his clients receive nothing but the best service. If you go to any of the new construction communities without Ray, you are crazy.
One of the builders who we liked the best does not normally take VA Loans, but Ray and our wonderful sales rep were able to swing it so they made an exception for us. I have no doubt Ray's reputation and relationship with the builder played a major role in helping us secure our home.
Beyond Ray's knowledge of the area and relationships with the builders, he is just a good person that is going to go out of his way to help in any way he can. It is quite evident he cares for his clients. Ray is super quick to answer any email, question, text, or whatever usually no matter what time of day. He had no problem at all with our 4 children accompanying us on our visits to view homes and at the same time he interacted with them and made a long day feel not so long.
Even after we closed Ray still took the time to call us and check in and to ensure that the builder was meeting all our needs.
Can't say good enough things about Ray and his team. When he says he has your back when moving to sunny south Florida, he means it. -

I don’t recommend Ray Fernandez as a realtor. He was very absent during the entire process. He didn’t follow up on any concerns even when he promised to. Very passive, but be sure to expect s call if you close especially if you purchased a new construction. Zero recommendation!

Ray is the most professional realtor I have ever seen. His videos are unbelievably informative and they show how much effort he puts in helping people. He stated something that is very true and I hope that everybody listens to this "you need representation when you walk into a builder's selling office". DO NOT make the same mistake I made: I went into West Lake and when they asked me if I was working with a Real Estate Agent. I said "NO" (big mistake!!!). Once you say you do not have representation, they will never let you have a realtor if you ever decide to close a deal with the builder. You need to get the best help you can get in these difficult times when interest rates are skyrocketing and Real Estate still operates at high prices.
I was naive about this rule and when I called Ray he told me: "I will not be able to represent you, but I am willing to help you anyways". That shows how honest Ray is.

I found Ray on YouTube and knew he was the right realtor for me. He traveled the path of relocation from NY to FL and I felt he would be the best to guide me. I wasn't wrong.
